You're going to have plenty to think about once you bring your little babe home from the hospital...the last thing you're going to want to worry about is booking & planning a newborn session. I suggest taking care of all session details weeks or even months before your due date so you're fully prepared.

If you're not someone that does this often, I get it....I typically do my own also but you just had a baby & these picture will be around for generations, treating yourself to some postpartum pampering before your photoshoot will be one less thing to worry about on the day of your session.โ

Who wants to spend money on a dress they will most likely wear one time? Your body just went through some major changes & will continue to for days, weeks or even months. The last thing you want to worry about when you're 7-9 months pregnant is if the dress you picked out will fit postpartum. I've hand-picked every dress in my client closet & most fit multiple sizes. Spending money on newborn props isn't necessary. I have neutral colored wraps & blankets that will coordinate with any outfits you choose. Keep it simple during sessions so we can focus our attention on capturing your connection with your precious new babe instead of the props & outfits they're wearing.โ

Golden hour is the absolute best lighting! It flatters every skin tone...no matter how little sleep you've been getting since your little one arrived & a lifestyle newborn sessions require very little pre-session prep. Newborn babies are unpredictable...you can literally do everything I suggest to prepare and they still might not settle during your session, but if you booked a lifestyle session, this won't matter. We'll be able to continue shooting no matter how your little one is feeling and the amount of stress that lifts off your shoulders should be enough to book one of these sessionsโฆโฆ
